Since our inception in 1986 our stakeholders have trusted Prenatal University with their personal information. Whether you are a donor, a volunteer, an organization, or a community partner, our commitment to conduct business honestly and protect your privacy is at the heart of our Privacy Promise.
We respect your confidentiality
Prenatal University requires that your personal information be held in strict confidence. We use your information only for its intended business purpose. We do not share, sell, rent or trade your information to other third party organizations, businesses or individuals, including your name, address, or e-mail addresses. Only Prenatal University employees and our authorized agents have access to personally identifiable information provided by visitors to our site.
We protect your information
Prenatal University takes every possible measure to ensure that your information is not compromised in any way. Other than as indicated, no one other than Prenatal University staff has access to your information. Periodically, it is necessary to analyze our website logs, to improve the experience of visiting our website. We use an external service to provide real-time reporting to us and our authorized agents, of browser related accesses to our site. The reporting provided to us includes; peak-volume traffic periods, frequency of visits, number of page views, unique views, unique visitors as well as repeat visitors. We do not use this service to track, request, record, gather, require or collect any Internet users' personally identifiable information.
Our privacy promise extends online to our Internet learning portal website. Online learning portal registration information (MyPreborn.Com) is transmitted via a secure server using encryption technology. Some online forms on our websites are created with third party software through a contract with InnovaGlobal, a trusted registration software provider that also utilizes encryption technology.
Prenatal University’s website may contain links to other websites from time to time. Please note that when you click on one of these links, you are entering another website for which Prenatal University has no responsibility.
If you choose to send us email, we may retain the contents of your email message, our reply and your email address as part of our ongoing customer service efforts. We reserve the right to contact you after you have contacted us and may send future emails and/or surveys to you about Prenatal University. You may notify us via email (firstname.lastname@example.org), if you wish to discontinue electronic communication.
We keep accurate records
We keep your personal information as accurate, complete, and up to date as is required to fulfill the purpose(s) for which you provided us with your personal information. Upon request in writing we will remove your personal information from our databases, except where legislation or regulation requires our retention of it (for example, charitable giving history tied to income tax receipts.)

Donation and Payment Security:
All donations sent from Prenatal University’s website (currently we are only excepting donations from contributors who live in the state of California) or merchandise purchased from Prenatal University’s website or through its merchandising link, are paid through PayPal. PayPal’s website is secure and encrypted. PayPal uses all the same security features that you’d expect from any large financial institution. If you have any questions about donating or purchase using our PayPal buttons, please first visit the official legitimate PayPal website before making your donation or purchase.
